Returns & Refunds Policy
You will have 3 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item.
Customer needs to return the items via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) on their own expense to our provided address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the returned products. All returns should be sent to our address.
Our Return Policy is valid under the following conditions:
- In case you are delivered the wrong product.
- In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue. (Only Clothing Items)
Steps to Return an Item:
- Call or Email us to request a return.
- Our team will provide the address where you should send the item.
- Pack items exactly as received.
- If validated and quality check passes, your refund will be issued.
Important Note:
The company will not be responsible if the parcel gets damaged during transit, as parcels are fully packed from our side before dispatch. Damages may occur due to handling during delivery.
For defected items (such as suits, clothing), returns are accepted if reported within the return period. However, household items have no guarantee and will not be refunded or returned once delivered.

Aap ke paas 3 din ka waqt hoga jab parcel deliver ho, hume batane ke liye ke aap item return karna chahte hain.
Customer ko item traceable delivery (courier ya registered post) ke zariye apne kharch par humare diye gaye address par wapas bhejna hoga.
Delivery charges wapas nahi kiye jayenge.
Refund request product wapas milne ke 2 working days ke andar process ki jayegi. Saare returns hamare address par bheje jayenge.
Return Policy tab valid hai jab:
- Aapko galat product deliver kiya gaya ho.
- Product defective ya issue wala ho. (Sirf Clothing Items)
Item Return Karne Ke Steps:
- Call ya Email karke return ka request karein.
- Hamari team aapko address degi jahan parcel bhejna hai.
- Item waisa hi pack karein jaisa receive hua tha.
- Agar quality check pass ho gaya to refund issue kar diya jayega.
Important Note:
Company zimmedar nahi hogi agar parcel raste me tut-phut jaye, kyun ke humari taraf se poori packing ke sath bheja jata hai. Delivery ke doran damage ho sakta hai.
Defected items (jaise suits, kapray) wapas liye ja sakte hain agar return time ke andar bataya jaye. Magar household saman ki koi guarantee nahi hoti aur wo ek dafa deliver hone ke baad refund/return nahi honge.
