Returns & Refunds Policy

  • You will have 3 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item.
  • Customer needs to return the items via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to our address.

    Breezy Shopping Return policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:

  • In case you are delivered the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.

    Returning an item is simple, just follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Call and Email us and request a return.
  • Our team will provide the address of our office where you have to return.
  • Pack items as it is as received.
  • If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item.
