Returns & Refunds Policy
- You will have 3 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item.
- Customer needs to return the items via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the return products.

Breezy Shopping Return policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:
- In case you are delivered the wrong product.
- In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
Returning an item is simple, just follow the steps mentioned below:
- Call and Email us and request a return.
- Our team will provide the address of our office where you have to return.
- Pack items as it is as received.
- If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item.
